Delete your PandaTalk account

You can delete your PandaTalk account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open PandaTalk and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete forever.

By email

If you can't sign in, email info@niyazio.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my PandaTalk account”. We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, email address and profile
• Conversations, practice results, progress, streaks and saved words
• Coins and unlocked items (unused coins are not refunded)

What we keep

Records of coin payments (amount, date and Razorpay payment ID, without your account) may be kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax and accounting law requires it. Anonymous usage counts with no personal information may also remain.
