By using PandaTalk you agree to these terms. Operators deploying PandaTalk should adapt them to their organisation and jurisdiction.

The service

PandaTalk is an English-learning tool. Panda's replies and corrections are generated automatically — by AI models or, in Demo Mode, by rules — and can sometimes be wrong. Use your judgement, especially for exams, legal, medical or professional communication.

Free tier and availability

PandaTalk can run on free tiers of third-party services, which have usage limits. When limits are reached, Panda may answer in a simpler offline mode or ask you to try again later. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Coins and payments

Coins are an optional virtual currency used only inside PandaTalk. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. Coins expire 6 months after you receive them. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. See our refund and coin policy.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.

Acceptable use

• Don't use PandaTalk to create harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass rate limits.
• Don't share personal information about other people in conversations.

Your content

You own what you write. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you (for example to generate replies and show your history).

Ending use

You can stop using PandaTalk and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

PandaTalk is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
