Refund and coin policy

PandaTalk is free to use. You can optionally buy coins, a virtual currency used only inside PandaTalk to unlock outfits, characters and sound packs for Panda. You can also earn coins for free by finishing lessons and tasks and keeping your streak.

No refunds

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment succeeds, the coins are added to your account and the purchase can't be cancelled, reversed or exchanged for money.

Using coins

• Coins, whether earned or bought, can only be spent inside PandaTalk.
• Coins have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account or withdrawn.
• Items you unlock with coins stay in your account.

Coins expire after 6 months

• Every coin expires 6 months after you receive it (the day you earned or bought it).
• When you spend coins, your oldest coins are used first.
• The shop shows how many coins expire next and on which date. Please spend them before then; expired coins can't be restored or refunded.

Delivery

Coins are digital and are added to your account instantly after a successful payment. Nothing is shipped physically.

Payment problems

If money was deducted but the coins did not appear within 30 minutes, email info@niyazio.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_). We will add the missing coins to your account. A payment that failed at the bank is reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
